• File Data: files you upload to our system for sharing.
• Device Information: device type (used for login verification, security, and analytics only).

We use the information we collect to provide and improve file sharing services, manage and store files within the retention period, and enhance performance, security, and user experience.

4. File Retention Period

• Free accounts: Files are stored for up to 30 minutes from the time of upload.
• Paid accounts: Files are stored for up to 1 month from the time of upload.

After the retention period, files are permanently deleted from our system.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law or necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the App.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no system can guarantee 100% security against internet risks.

By using FlexShared, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Use

You may only use the App for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from uploading or sharing:

• Illegal content.
• Copyrighted material without proper authorization.
• Content containing malware, viruses, or harmful software.

3. File Storage and Deletion

Files are stored according to your account plan: 30 minutes (free) or 1 month (paid). After the retention period, files are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We are not responsible for data loss due to expired retention.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or any harm arising from the use of our services. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share.

5. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.

6. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The new version will take effect immediately upon posting.
